We use 100% cotton to make our tote bags.
How do I care for my tote bag?
Machine washing is best avoided. Hand wash cold instead to avoid wrinkling or shrinking the cotton, which could alter the print appearance.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the delivery provider you have chosen, including the delivery method chosen (relay point, standard, express, etc.). I therefore invite you to consult the website of these providers to know the exact delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
For the moment the brand only delivers to Europe, except Cyprus.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, a tracking number will be sent to you at the end of your order, but also by email. To track your order in real time, I invite you to use the websites of the delivery companies we use (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, etc.). This will allow you to have more detailed tracking.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, in accordance with the conditions in force in our general refund conditions.
